有陣子常搭飛機，因此空服員在起飛前的那段安全宣導致詞，就變得很像催眠曲一樣，因為又長又乏味，而且很多美國國內線的空服員，都是有點年紀的老先生或老太太，和亞洲航空企業慣用的年輕女士差很多，自然而然很難讓人產生注意力。不過，有時耍點幽默的空服員致詞，還蠻讓人絕倒的。
我遇到過耶誕前夕，有空服員唱起耶誕歌曲，讓歸心似箭的遊子們浮起幾絲幸福，也遇到那種剛上任的菜鳥空服員，講得坑坑巴巴的，但乘客們仍很捧場地給予掌聲，他也像一名表演結束的嘉賓般躬身回禮，相當有趣。更絕的是，我還看過一位空服員為解除獨自搭機的小朋友恐懼，現場耍起魔術逗對方開心。總之，我感覺迥長的美國本土旅程，空服員扮演的比較像保姆、伙伴，與印象中以客為尊的服務生感覺不同。
在某位空姐A的Facebook裡閒逛，看到這個西南航空的Rap版安全宣導，實在是太猛了！這樣說起來，要當空服員真不簡單，還真要說學逗唱樣樣會，或者說他們都很多才多藝，影片在此分享。
