台灣總會突然出現某些爆紅事物，進而引起風潮，其中一些事物令人感到無言，認為會爆紅實在很奇怪。
對此yamNews於5月14日18時至5月21日18時，舉行「台灣莫名爆紅事物點評 你認為哪個最令人無言？」yamVote投票，結果由髒髒包(19%)奪冠，成為最令人無言的爆紅事物。

夾娃娃機(16%)則位在髒髒包之後，成為次位大家認為無言的爆紅事物。其次還有雷神巧克力(11%)、烤饅頭(10%)、厚奶茶(10%)、葡式蛋塔(10%)…等。
這些事物突然爆紅引起風潮，卻也在風潮過後，被眾人遺忘，甚至備受質疑，「為何當初會掀起流行？」就心理學的解釋，這是「從眾效應」，因為同儕壓力或是害怕孤立，而產生跟風行為，特別是在亞洲地區，或許因為文化緣故，相對容易受影響。
